From Zero to Working with the Biggest Brands. How I Built a Company That the Best Choose.
The scope of my work
I built Rek House from scratch. Not as an investor, not as a sideline owner, but as someone who shouldered every aspect of the business on their own shoulders.
I developed and implemented my own project management model – based on practice, knowledge from my studies at the Warsaw School of Economics and real customer problems.
I was responsible for recruiting and managing dozens of specialists, from initial interviews, through onboarding, to development and training.
I created sales funnels, websites, offer systems and sales presentations.
I built customer acquisition processes based on SEO, social selling, and cold prospecting.
I myself conducted negotiations, signed contracts, managed projects, finances and operational activities.
I also handled legal matters and disputes.

Why was it difficult
The Warsaw market is highly competitive, and many agencies offer video without a strategy. For me, the most important thing was the quality of the film production combined with the business goal: sales, narrative, and marketing results .
History
In 2018, I decided to found Rek House with Ania Rek. From the beginning, I was drawn not only to creating visually appealing videos, but above all, to how video can support sales and business development. I wanted each production to have a measurable impact on my clients' results.
Beginning:
I started with pure video production. However, I quickly realized that video alone wasn't enough—the strategy surrounding it was key.
Development:
So I expanded my offerings to include a full range of marketing services: websites, e-commerce, social media campaigns, SEO, SEM, and branding. This allowed me to understand how all the elements must work together.
Back to video:
Over time, I decided I wanted to focus on what truly fascinated me: film production. However, all the knowledge I gained from working in holistic marketing has stuck with me. Thanks to this, I now create films that are not only aesthetically pleasing but also strategically well-thought-out.

Do you just do strategy or do you help implement it as well?
I do both. Strategy without execution is PowerPoint. Execution without strategy is chaos. I combine these worlds.
Do you work with small teams?
Yes, if they have ambition and want to grow. Size doesn't matter as long as the enthusiasm is there.
Do you also act as interim CMO?
Yes. I go deep if necessary. I work with the board, the team, and the investors.
Can I trust you with confidential information?
Yes. I work with publicly traded companies and startups in the fundraising phase. Discretion is standard.
