Perfect Gym is a Polish technology company operating globally that creates a SaaS platform for managing fitness clubs.


Perfect Gym services are already used by over 1,000 clients in over 55 countries, including both local gyms and large fitness chains.


Collaboration process


Our collaboration with Perfect Gym is an example of a long-term partnership, where I was responsible not only for video production but also for thoughtfully integrating content with their marketing and sales goals. Together, we developed a process that worked globally.


  1. Strategy and concept.


    We began each project by understanding the business objective—whether the content would increase sales, build a brand, support recruitment, or facilitate customer onboarding. From there, we collaborated with the marketing team to create a concept that aligned with the rest of the funnel.


  2. Production planning.


    I was responsible for preparing logistics and filming plans. This required adapting to different time zones, languages, and cultural realities. I acted as both local producer and strategist.


  3. Production.


    I photographed at trade shows, offices, fitness clubs, training rooms, and public spaces. I often had to work in challenging conditions: on the move, with clients, and without the possibility of repeat shots. Speed, trust, and flexibility were key.


  4. Editing and post-production.


    I oversaw the post-production of content for specific distribution channels—LinkedIn, YouTube, landing pages, and paid advertising. Each content had multiple versions (various lengths, languages, and formats), often including product animations or dynamic typography.


  5. Animations.


    We also created animations that explain the operation of the Perfect Gym system, presenting data, integrations, and new features. We combined real footage with mockups and screenshots to maintain visual consistency and high readability.
