IDEAS NCBiR is the largest research and development center in Poland dealing with artificial intelligence and the digital economy.
Artificial intelligence isn't just about algorithms. It also raises questions about responsibility, the economy, education, and the limits of progress. When IDEAS NCBR—the largest AI research and development center in Poland—was looking for a partner to manage its videos and podcasts, I knew one thing would be key: discussing difficult topics in a way that everyone could understand and feel they mattered.
The scope of my work
developing a video and podcast communication strategy for IDEAS NCBR
creating creative film and podcast concepts
planning and implementation of photos and studio recordings
selecting and inviting guests to participate in recordings
casting and production organization
supervision of editing, post-production and animations
podcast distribution on Spotify, Apple, YouTube, Google
promotional campaign and organic activities with the IDEAS NCBR team
The main difficulty
I had to direct scientists who had rarely appeared in front of a camera before. At the same time, I had to ensure that complex topics—like cryptography, machine learning, and the future of artificial intelligence—were presented in a way that was understandable, yet not simplistic.
Effects
YouTube channel built from scratch to over 8,000 subscribers in the AI and education niche
I have produced dozens of materials, including those with the participation of Sam Altman (CEO OpenAI) and key experts from Poland and around the world
films used by IDEAS NCBR in public communication, presentations, events and promotional materials
the channel has become the institution's central video medium and the foundation for the podcast and further content activities
Sample formats
Explainer videos : explain complex research projects in a clear way
Event reports : hackathons, seminars, meetings with experts
AI After Hours : A dynamic Q&A series with researchers
Fireside Chat with Sam Altman
Examples of materials
Together, we have created over a dozen video formats – from image films about research projects, through explainer videos, to event reports.
Combining scientific knowledge with a clear, dynamic format was key. The films were created with the participation of scientists, with viewers outside the industry in mind.

Podcasts
Science, research, and AI are fantastic topics to talk about, so we decided to create a podcast series that presented artificial intelligence in a broader context.
We produced a series of educational podcasts about AI. I worked on the concept, guest selection, recording, editing, and distribution—from Spotify to YouTube.
I also ran a promotional campaign and collaborated with the NCBR IDEAS team on organic activities.
The episodes discussed research conducted at IDEAS NCBR and introduced the people who carry it out. We also discussed the potential applications of research results in various economic sectors. We also asked experts for their opinions on the future development of AI, trends, and challenges.

Anecdote
When Sam Altman, CEO of OpenAI, visited Poland at the invitation of IDEAS NCBR, his presentation required rapid editing – within an hour. My entire team was on set, and I was… supervising an apartment renovation. In dusty clothes, with the sound of a drill, I personally edited a film by one of the most important figures in the AI world. That's something you never forget.

Frequently asked questions
How long does the cooperation last?
From a one-time meeting to a long-term partnership. You decide.
Can I start with a small project?
Yes. An audit is a good start. As a result, you'll receive a quick diagnosis and a document with clear recommendations and priorities. It's concrete action you can implement immediately.
Do you just do strategy or do you help implement it as well?
I do both. Strategy without execution is PowerPoint. Execution without strategy is chaos. I combine these worlds.
Do you work with small teams?
Yes, if they have ambition and want to grow. Size doesn't matter as long as the enthusiasm is there.
Do you also act as interim CMO?
Yes. I go deep if necessary. I work with the board, the team, and the investors.
Can I trust you with confidential information?
Yes. I work with publicly traded companies and startups in the fundraising phase. Discretion is standard.
I don't know what I need. Can I just talk?
Absolutely. The first 20-minute consultation is free. Sometimes, all it takes is a well-asked question to get things moving.
Are you a strategist or a marketer?
I'm an entrepreneur who can think strategically and deliver marketing operationally. I don't separate these worlds; they must work together.
Do you also do workshops or training for teams?
Yes, you will find examples on my TRAINING page .
